● In 2008, we entered the field of IC packaging and testing, mainly engaged in high-end memory chip (DRAM, NAND flash) packaging and testing services. At present, it provides one-stop service for packaging, testing, module and distribution of high-end memory chips. It has good cost advantage and flexible capacity allocation to meet customer demand. The products are mainly divided into four categories, including wbga, LGA, fbga-ssd, SIP EMCP & USB. It can produce DRAM, EMCP, sip, SSD and finger print.
● In 2014, we began to enter the field of LED chip testing and sorting, and are committed to providing customers with high-quality LED chip testing and sorting services. At present, we have introduced more than 300 advanced testing and sorting machines in the industry, with the ability to test and sort 70 billion LED chips annually.
● We have a complete line of storage test equipment in China, covering all products from low-end to high-end. We can provide high-quality and low price test services for different customers. At present, we have introduced the only high-end test machine t5503hs in China, which can test DDR4 memory.
● Driven by the policy of "national outline for promoting the development of integrated circuit industry", China's integrated circuit industry has maintained steady growth as a whole and started to usher in an accelerated period of development. At present, Shenzhen Science and technology has obtained the qualification of integrated circuit manufacturers encouraged by the state.
